Both practical and philosophical, this course will empower you with foundation skills needed to create living systems from the soil up, how to plan your garden for long term sustainability through the use of considered design.

→ Learn how to store your produce to have all year round;
→ How to create the right environment for fermentation;
→ Kombucha recipe;
→ Sauerkraut recipe; Kim chi recipe;
→Learn how to make nutritious sprouts and micro greens;
→ Worksheets with recipes to take away.
Located at a The Commonplace Vasse, 9am to 1pm Saturday 4th May, 2024. The address will be provided upon booking.
